IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
All students must provide the following certified
documents to their accredited agents:
1) A copy of signed resume notarized
or certified true copy by a Police Officer, Clergy, Doctor, Dentist or
other recognised professional.
2) A certified true copy of the photograph
page of a current passport.
3) Certified true copies of licenses,
certificates, diplomas and degrees with transcripts included.
4) Two letters of academic recommendation
attesting to competence in the degree field sought.
5) A single page summary for the new
recruit's reasons of suitability for the qualification(s) sought.
6) A proposed summary of original thesis
to be offered.

The first step is to fully review our bulletin,
and decide upon a proposed degree program, taking into consideration all
relevant prior learning for credit, independent study, experiential knowledge
that may be assessed by the university towards degree credit. The
application form will provide further guidance as to required documentation
that must be submitted at the time of application.
Upon receipt of the application,
fees and other data, and a conference with the candidate, a faculty advisor
will evaluate the materials and the university will determine what additional
work may be required toward graduation. An approximate time frame
will also be agreed upon. Once the learning plan is agreed to by both
parties, the candidate is considered to be formally enrolled and no fees
are refundable.
Eligibility & Graduation Requirements
The university has an open enrollment
policy. Applications may be submitted at any time. Normally,
graduation from a high school (12 years on the US model) or the foreign
equivalent is required for admission. Exceptions may be made in rare cases
at the sole discretion of the university. The credits required for
each degree are noted under “Tuition." Upon determination
that the student has earned the necessary credits and that all fees have
been paid, the transcript and degree will be issued.
APOSTILLE
You may contact the exclusive, official Apostille
provider to UCI should you require this enhancement of your degree at
a special price or, the University will do it for you for an
additional fee.
